Short version: this is a publication, not a data business. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell anything about you, and there is no account to create.
What is collected
- Server logs. Like every web server, ours records IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period and used only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
- Cookies. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for logged-in editors, and a cache cookie may be used to serve pages faster.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address in order to reply.
There is no analytics platform, no advertising network, no comment system and no newsletter at the time of writing. If any of that is added, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Who processes it
Our hosting and email provider stores the site, its logs and mail sent to our address. Nothing about visitors is shared with anyone else, and nothing is sold.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using your email address, by writing to hello@seoafterai.com. We answer within a reasonable time, and we do not require you to prove anything beyond controlling the address in question.
Children
This is a trade publication about search technology. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
Material changes will be noted on this page with a date.
